INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Airhardware, a division of Ansett Aircraft Spares & Services, is offering an opportunity for an entry-level Inventory Controller/Warehouse Person. This position will provide an opportunity for training in warehouse operations within the company’s ISO 9001:2000 quality accreditation.

The Inventory Controller/Warehouse Person will be responsible for shipping, receiving, filling orders, packaging, loading/unloading, stocking, inventory checks, final inspection and other warehouse related duties. 

Experience within the hardware industry and/or warehouse operations is an asset.  The incumbent must have a positive work attitude and “go the extra mile” to accomplish assigned tasks. 

Experience & Educational requirements:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Computer data entry skills required as all inventory related information and shipping data are stored on computers. Familiarity with MS-Office applications is an asset.
• 1 to 2 years of general warehouse work experience is desirable. Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
