CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT ( CSA)

Established civil aircraft parts trading company seeks full-time CSA. AASS offers a wide range of commercial aircraft spare parts and new parts from leading OEMs.

 The CSA will be responsible for support activities related to an assigned sales territory, mainly responding to sales inquiries through email/phone /fax. The incumbent will assist the territory’s senior sales staff to implement sales strategies & sales monitoring programs. The CSA will develop the company’s image within the marketplace through superior customer service per ISO 9001:2000 standards. He/she will work in a team assigned with territorial sales targets.

The incumbent will continuously improve the segment focus through intelligence gathering and exchange of information with other sales/support staff. The candidate will possess a natural curiosity and desire to learn more about the aviation industry and technology.

Since this position requires that you do business via telephone and e-mail, strong written and oral communications skills are essential. The individual will be required to prepare activity reports, customer call schedules, status reports and update the Company’s database with customer and market data. The individual must be computer literate and possess the ability to quickly learn the Company’s Inventory/Sales Mgt software.

Experience & Educational requirements:

• The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the aviation industry. Recent post secondary graduates with interest in the Aviation industry and a sales career are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with industrial sales and customer service an asset (Inside Sales, Customer Service or Jr. Salesperson).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Secondary language skills an asset.
• Excellent computer and Internet research skills - Microsoft Office a must.
