How long of wait can I expect to get a call back for an after-hours
AOG service? (Top)
A: If a customer leaves a message at our centralized
AOG voice mailbox, an AOG trained specialist will return a call within
10 minutes. Often times, the AOG specialist will obtain the necessary
information a customer needs before calling back. Please specify a part number when leaving a message so that we can service your request in a most timely manner.

addition, we hold a vast quantity of fully traceable expendables and

standards. Our inventory conforms to the most discerning traceability
and quality assurance requirements of airlines and supports all major
commercial aircraft manufacturers, in particular, Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier,
British Aerospace and Fokker.
